“Let us look… at the parallel legal system that is gradually creeping into the EU….The emergence of these enclaves, reinforced by elite policies of multiculturalism, group identity politics, and the deconstruction of Western heritage, has contributed to the fracturing of Western European nations and has weakened the overall sense of mutual responsibility for one’s fellow citizens.” — Andrew Michta, The American Interest, June 6, 2017

By – Mirek Topolánek

  • The roots of the radical Muslim behavior that is now sweeping Europe can be traced to elements of Islamic law and doctrine created in the 7th century that are being maintained today. These include polygamy for men; allowing men to buy and sell women as sex slaves or concubines; divorce rights [for men that] discriminate against women; insistence on a dress code for women that includes hiding their faces; and discriminatory inheritance laws.
  • These are the types of laws that Muslim communities in Europe are pushing for and adhering to, and they are based on inequality of gender, religion, ethnicity and social status. In sharia law, there is no freedom of religion, speech, thought, artistic expression or the press…There is no united protection for all people. Justice is different for Muslims and non-Muslims, for men and women… There is no democracy… Jews and Christians are dhimmi, third-class citizens…

The following are excerpts of a speech delivered by Mirek Topolánek, former prime minister of the Czech Republic and former president of the European Council, at the Legal Salon in Prague on November 2, 2017.

Equality, in the legal sense, is based on the principle of freedom and the right of every person to dignity and equal treatment before the law [such that] the law… does not [make a distinction]… between people [based on] their economic or social status, age, ethnicity, [etc.]

The principle of equality is enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, a declaration that is part of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic…

The philosophical roots of the idea of human rights based on equality can be found not only, but especially, in European culture — from the Code of Hammurabi, through the Cyrus Cylinder, the Magna Carta Libertatum, the US Declaration of Independence to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The current concept and understanding of human rights as inalienable, definite and universal is a matter of the past four centuries, [culminating in] the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which includes equality as one of the basic human rights sets…

Yes, our law is based on equality.

Let us look, however, at the parallel legal system that is gradually creeping into the EU. As the American historian, Andrew Michta, recently wrote that there is an

“increasingly permanent chain of “suspended communities” nesting within nations throughout the West. As these ethnic and cultural enclaves consolidate, they also grow more and more disconnected from the national community… The emergence of these enclaves, reinforced by elite policies of multiculturalism, group identity politics, and the deconstruction of Western heritage, has contributed to the fracturing of Western European nations and has weakened the overall sense of mutual responsibility for one’s fellow citizens.”

According to Italian journalist Giulio Meotti, this is enabled by European multiculturalism, under which:

… Muslim women lost many rights they should have had in Europe. They face “honor crimes” for refusing to wear an Islamic veil; for dressing up in Western clothes; for meeting with Christian friends; for converting to another faith; for seeking a divorce; for resisting being beaten and for being too “independent”.

It is one of the great ironies of multiculturalism: five European NATO members are now fighting in Afghanistan against the Taliban who enslave women, while in Europe the same thing is taking place in our own ghettos.

Under multiculturalism, polygamy has increased, along with female genital mutilation (500,000 cases across Europe). Multiculturalism is, in fact, based on the legalization of a parallel sharia society, which is founded on the rejection of Western values, above all equality and freedom.

In addition, the fear of “offending” Islamic minorities has been leading to wishful blindness. That is what happened in Rotherham, a city of 117,000 people in northern England, where the mass-rape and grooming of at least 1,400 children by “rape gangs of Pakistani origin” was allowed to go on for many years.

Under multiculturalism, anti-Semitism has also skyrocketed, especially in France. The French weekly L’Express just devoted an entire issue to the “new malaise of the French Jews“.

Let’s take a look at Spain, where Muslims are witnessing a shocking population increase. In 1990, Muslims in the country numbered 100,000. By 2010, the number had increased to 1.5 million. In 2017, the number was nearly two million. It is a growth of 1,900% in 27 years. Today there are 1,400 mosques in Spain. According to the Observatory of Religious Pluralism in Spain — an initiative of the Ministry of Justice – “This figure represents 21% of all places of worship for all religions present in Spain.”

According to Meotti:

“The Madrid daily ABC wrote that 800 mosques in Spain are out of control. The Spanish daily La Razon charged that Gulf donors, such as Qatar, were a source of Spain’s Islamization. The Saudis also launched a new Spanish television channel, Córdoba TV, as did Iran.”

Meotti explained,

“They dream of, and work to, regain the ‘lost Caliphate’ of Spain. Some Islamists do it with bombs and car-ramming attacks. Others, more surreptitiously, do it with money and dawa, Islamic propaganda. The second way may be even more effective than the first.”

Then there is Germany. As Meotti described, in September 2015,

Thousands of Syrian migrants crossing the Balkan route were heading toward Germany. Chancellor Angela Merkel was on the phone with Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière, talking about a number of measures to protect the borders, where thousands of policemen were secretly located along with buses and helicopters. De Maizière turned for advice to Dieter Romann, then head of the police. “Can we live with the images that will come out?” de Mazière asked. “What happens if 500 refugees with children in their arms run toward the border guards?”

De Maiziére was told that the appropriate use of the measures to be taken would have be decided by the police on the field. When de Maizière relayed Romann’s response to the Chancellor, Merkel reversed her original commitment. And the borders were opened for 180 days.

“For historical reasons, the Chancellor feared images of armed German police confronting civilians on our borders,” writes Robin AlexanderDie Welt’s leading journalist, who revealed these details in a new book, Die Getriebenen (“The Driven Ones”). Alexander reveals the real reason that pushed Merkel to open the door to a million and a half migrants in a few weeks: “In the end, Merkel refused to take responsibility, governing through the polls.” This is how the famous Merkel’s motto “Wir schaffen das” was born: “We can do it.”

Merkel’s refugee policy was not a masterpiece of humanitarian politics; it was dictated by the fear of television images spread all over the world. In so many key moments, it is the photograph that dictates our behavior: the image that dishonors us, that makes us cringe in horror.

Yes, we are in a post-fact or post-truth age. Things are not what they really are, but what they seem to be.

What the hell is going on? Where did it come from?

The roots of the radical Muslim behavior that is now sweeping Europe can be traced to elements of Islamic law and doctrine created in the 7th century that are being maintained today. These include polygamy for men; allowing men to buy and sell women as sex slaves or concubines; divorce rights [for men that] discriminate against women; insistence on a dress code for women that includes hiding their faces; and discriminatory inheritance laws.

These are the types of laws that Muslim communities in Europe are pushing for and adhering to, and they are based on inequality of gender, religion, ethnicity and social status. In sharia law, there is no freedom of religion, speech, thought, artistic expression or the press… There is no united protection for all people. Justice is different for Muslims and non-Muslims, for men and women… There is no democracy… Jews and Christians are dhimmi, third-class citizens…

Islam is not simply a religion; it is a whole civilization with a detailed political system and legal order – Sharia law. Islamism is a complete ideology that has never been, is not and cannot be compatible with or integrated into our law.

Pavel Rychetský [President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic] claims that we cannot violate Muslims’ right to religious freedom. That may be true. But I am deeply convinced that we need to start a very profound and, above all, expert legal debate on the issue, and that we must ultimately outlaw political Islam and sharia in our country, just as we did fascism, Nazism and communism. It is a matter of survival to preserve of our form of law and our values.

Political Islam, a Totalitarian Doctrine

How Europe Built Its Own Funeral Pyre, Then Leapt In

The single most significant issue of our time is not North Korea’s drive to develop long-range nuclear missiles. It is not the threat posed to Europe by the Russian land power or the threat posed to America’s Asian dominance by Chinese sea power. It is not Iran’s growing Mideast influence, nor the ongoing investigation into Russian meddling in U.S. elections and possible “collusion” by the Trump campaign.

By – Robert W. Merry

No, the defining issue of our day is mass immigration into the nations of Western heritage. This growing inflow threatens to remake those nations and overwhelm their cultural identity. This is the issue that played the largest role in getting Donald Trump elected. It drove Britain’s Brexit vote. It is roiling the European continent, mounting tensions inside the EU and driving a wedge between the elites of those nations and their general populations.

Indeed, the central battlefront in the immigration wars is Europe, which accepted a trickle of immigrants in the immediate postwar era due to labor shortages. But over the years the trickle became a stream, then a growing river, and finally a torrent—to the extent that ethnic Britons are now a minority in their own capital city, refugee flows into Germany went from 48,589 in 2010 to 1.5 million in 2015, and Italy, a key entry point, received at one point an average of 6,500 new arrivals a day.

Throughout all this, the European elites celebrated the change and imposed a kind of thought enforcement regime against those who raised questions. The in-migration was initially hailed as an economic boon; then as a necessary corrective to an aging population; then as a means of spicing up society through “diversity”; and finally as a fait accompli, an unstoppable wave wrought by the world’s gathering globalization. Besides, argued the elites, the new arrivals would all become assimilated into the European culture eventually, so what’s the problem? Meanwhile, public opinion surveys over decades showed that large majorities of Europeans harbored powerful misgivings about these changes.

As British journalist and author Douglas Murray writes, “Promised throughout their lifetimes that the changes were temporary, that the changes were not real, or that the changes did not signify anything, Europeans discovered that in the lifespan of people now alive they would become minorities in their own countries.”

Murray, associate editor of the Spectator in London, is the author of a compact volume exploring this phenomenon. It is called The Strange Death of Europe: Immigration, Identity, Islam, and it was published six months ago by Bloomsbury. The tone is measured but unflinching. The picture he paints of the European future is bleak.

A key point of the book, reinforced through anecdote and abundant documentation, is that Muslim immigrants have not assimilated into their European host countries to any meaningful extent. Indeed, there is a growing feeling among many of the new arrivals that these aren’t host countries at all but merely lands ripe for Islam’s inexorable expansion. An 18-year-old Syrian refugee to Germany, Aras Bacho, writing in Der Freitag and the Huffington Post Deutschland, reflected this attitude when he said German migrants were “fed up” with “angry” Germans—described as “unemployed racists”—who “insult and agitate.” He added, “We refugees…do not want to live in the same country with you. You can, and I think you should, leave Germany. Germany does not fit you, why do you live here?….Look for a new home.”

Consider also the significance of this fact: By 2015 more British Muslims were fighting for ISIS than for the British armed forces. There was nothing hidden about the resolve of many European Muslims to retain their own culture while overwhelming the European one. At a rally in Cologne in 2008, then-Turkish prime minister (later president) Recep Tayyip Erdogan told a crowd of 20,000 Turks living in Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands that assimilation in Europe would constitute “a crime against humanity.” He added, “I understand very well that you are against assimilation. One cannot expect you to assimilate.” Yet he admonished the five million Turks living in Europe to pursue political influence through democratic means in order to wield a “constitutional element” in transforming the continent.

Reading Murray’s book, one gets an understanding of why he characterizes Europe’s demise as “strange.” The continent’s embrace of its own cultural death is indeed historically aberrational. Civilizations normally fight for the preservation of their cultures, unite to expel invaders, revere their identities and the fundamental elements of their heritage. But the West today is engaged in an extensive and progressive extravagance of civilizational self-abnegation. Murray calls this the “tyranny of guilt” and identifies it as a “pathology.” The concept of historical guilt, he writes, means that hereditary stains of guilt can be passed down through generations—much as Europeans themselves for generations held Jews responsible for the killing of Christ. Eventually this was seen as repugnant, and the Pope himself in 1965 formally lifted the historical burden.

But now the concept is back in a suicidal Europe, where people apply it to themselves. This is indeed strange in historical terms. Murray explains the motivation of those who engage in such flights of moral dudgeon thus: “Rather than being people responsible for themselves and answerable to those they know, they become the self-appointed representatives of the living and the dead, the bearers of a terrible history as well as the potential redeemers of mankind. From being a nobody one becomes a somebody.”

Thus do we have the West singled out, even by Westerners, as a particularly brutish, harsh, exploitative, and evil civilization in a historical sea of relatively enlightened, restrained, and benign neighbors. But of course this has no basis in history. Consider the Ottomans, who built a potent, expansive empire through policies and programs with greater brutality and harshness than the West ever displayed. In the Balkans they ripped young boys from the arms of their parents in order to indoctrinate them in Islam and employ them as elite warriors charged with keeping down their own people. They discriminated against non-Muslims with burdensome taxes—or death for those who refused to pay. They employed all the tools of dominance in their drive to conquer vast territories, including Europe (thwarted on two occasions outside the gates of Vienna, when Europe considered itself a civilization worth saving).

And yet nobody suggests that modern Turks are responsible for any crimes or abuses of the Ottoman era or that Turkey is an illegitimate nation that deserves to be overrun by outsiders. Certainly there is no movement among Turks themselves to foster any such feelings or sentiments of guilt or atonement. Nor does anyone suggest that today’s China, or the Chinese, should hang their heads in shame at the 40 million or so people killed by direct actions and brutal policies of the Chinese leadership after Mao Zedong’s communist takeover. Indeed, the Chinese today consider themselves victims of outside forces of the past and give hardly a thought to the profound victimization perpetrated by their former leaders. The Aztecs of Mexico killed people and ate their flesh in rituals of religious sacrifice, yet nobody believes modern-day Mexicans lose legitimacy as a people because of it.

But in the West self-elevation through cultural self-abnegation rolls on. It comes at the cost of a decline in Western self-consciousness. “Europe,” writes Murray, “lost faith in its beliefs, traditions and legitimacy.” Abandoning their Christian religion with studied conviction, writes Murray, Europeans replaced it with the idea of progress—a secular concept that requires, as British intellectual John Gray has noted, every bit as much faith as any religion. Murray, with Gray, rejects the notion that mankind is on a trajectory of constant improvement as exemplified by Western liberalism. But that powerful concept militates against any sense of cultural self-preservation among many Europeans (and Americans).

The European people at large may or may not have given much thought to the validity or the sham of the idea of progress. But they have harbored a growing concern for decades about this transformation of their countries, about Europe becoming the home of the world whereas every other civilization and country remains the home of its own peoples. Murray cites multiple surveys, beginning at the early postwar period, showing sentiment running between 60 percent and 80 percent against the immigration trendlines. And yet the trendlines proved unalterable.

How did this happen? Murray paints a picture of the European elites, globalist in outlook and contemptuous of nationalism and Western heritage, tossing aside popular sentiments in their drive to transform Europe. Sweden’s prime minister in 2006 captured the opinion of many European elites when he said, “Only barbarism is genuinely Swedish. All further development has been brought from outside.”

But European leaders, responding to popular sentiment, began talking tough on immigration around 2000—while doing nothing to stem the tide. Murray calls this an “electoral trick” to mollify increasingly agitated voters. Around the same time the elites in government, think tanks, and the media began a campaign of vilification against anyone who dared to raise questions about where all this was going. Epithets of “racist” and “Islamophobe” were tossed around promiscuously. Jobs were lost, and standing relinquished in the realm of ideas, when rebels displayed the temerity to question the conventional narrative.

Murray describes a conference of academics in Germany to discuss Europe’s relations with the Middle East and North Africa: “It soon became clear that nothing could be learned because nothing could be said,” he writes, adding that “relevant words were immediately flagged and disputed.” Such words included “nation,” “history,” and—the mother of all wrongheadedness—“culture,” which most participants believed “had too many different connotations and disagreements around its use to be able to be used.”

Murray sums up: “So Europeans are blamed for what is happening to them, are denied any legitimate way to object, and the views of the majority are made to appear not just dangerous but marginal.”

Where is all this going? It can’t end well. As Murray puts it, “Day by day the continent of Europe is not only changing but is losing any possibility of a soft landing in response to such change.” Perhaps majority sentiment will simply lose out to the globalist elites, with their faith in the ultimate triumph of the liberal ethos and their hatred of national borders. But perhaps not. A powerful backlash could be coming. The sense prevails, writes Murray, “that Europe is not much more than one terrorist attack away from the rules of the game changing completely. At which point Europeans may choose to name almost anyone as their umpire.”

America lags behind Europe in the magnitude of its immigration problem. But, with an estimated 11 million illegals in country and the same prevailing elite sensibility dominating our discourse, the United States eventually will hit a similar crisis point unless current trends are altered or reversed. It’s worth noting that the percentage of Americans born outside the country has approached a historical high of 14 percent—similar to what it was in the 1920s, the last time the country curtailed both the numbers of immigrants and the nations from which they were allowed to come. That may be what’s brewing here today with the election of Trump.

But Europe remains a searing object lesson for anyone who wishes to look at it carefully. Murray, after surveying the direction of entrenched policies, the welling up of ever greater anger at those policies, and the opprobrium heaped upon outspoken dissidents, concludes: “To say that in the long run this heralds the makings of a societal catastrophe is to understate matters.”

Sweden investigates soaring number of rapes as politicians demand to know if it is linked to migration after one in 24 women fall victim to sexual offence

  • Survey found 4.1% of women have fallen victim to sexual offences in Sweden
  • Swedish Crime Survey figures related to four years between 2012 and 2016
  • Government has called for an investigation to find out why the figures have risen
  • Opposition Moderate Party has demanded to know if it is linked to migration

By – Julian Robinson

Sweden has launched an investigation into the soaring number of rapes after it emerged that one in 24 women have fallen victim to a sexual offence.

The Swedish Crime Survey found that 4.1 per cent of women had experienced some form of sexual offence between 2012 and 2016.

The country’s Moderate Party has now demanded to know if the alarming figures are linked to migration after a probe was launched to find out the reason for the spike in incidents.

Sweden’s National Council on Crime Prevention (Brå) carried out the survey, which was published in November 2017 and has now been tasked with examining the increase.

Sweden: Six out of ten women feel insecure

Participants were told that the term ‘sexual offences’ covered a range of crimes from assault to exhibitionism. Figures were drawn from the answers given rather than from police reports.

Government bosses have urged (Brå) to determine ‘to the greatest extent possible’ how the increase has developed – including an analysis on whether it can be linked to a particular group of perpetrators.

At the time of the publication of the survey, Åsa Strid from Brå said ‘These results raise a number of questions about why so many more people are reporting that they have experienced sexual offences.’

Swedenistan: 95.6 percent of rape assault is committed by Muslim immigrants

The group’s media officer said it had received its orders to carry out an investigation but that the work was still at the early stages.

Last year’s survey also found that the proportion of Sweden’s population who had been victims of ‘crime against an individual’ was at its highest since 2006, when records began. This included crimes such as sexual offences, assault, threats, muggings and fraud.

Swiss: No more citizenship to refugees on welfare

Asylum seekers and migrants who have received welfare over the past three years will no longer be granted citizenship in Switzerland – unless they pay the state back.

By – Michael F. Haverluck

Regardless of whether or not Muslim refugees living off government handouts have been permanent residents in Switzerland during the time needed to apply for citizenship, it will not be possible for them to become official Swiss citizens without returning the money.

Give back, don’t just take

The enforcement of a new Swiss civil rights act is cracking down on the European nation’s refugee crisis that has been draining state funds for years.

“The previous law allowed migrants to apply for citizenship as long as they were not on state benefits at the time of their application.

Besides working to save Swiss taxpayers money, the new regulations are geared to deter Muslim refugees from isolating themselves in enclaves while making no attempts to assimilate to Swiss culture.

“Along with the welfare stipulation, the new act requires migrants to demonstrate a greater level of integration than before – including making them prove they have a certain number of Swiss friends and acquaintances,” Breitbart’s Chris Tomlinson explained. “Language requirements vary by canton, with most expecting an intermediate level of language proficiency judged on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) …”

Cracking down on fake IDs

The flood of immigrants into Switzerland has overwhelmed the Swiss government, which admitted that it has no clue about the true identities of a whopping 90 percent of asylum seekers entering the nation.

The startling admission of the state’s ignorance was made after Swiss People’s Party politician Barbara Steinemann forced the government to concede that no form of ID was provided by up to 96 percent of underage asylum seekers, according to a report published by the Swiss daily Basler Zeitung.

With Switzerland’s modest population of just 8.3 million, the number of immigrants it has absorbed over the past decade is startling.

“[Swiss national councillor Simonetta] Sommaruga [reported that] between January 1, 2006, and December 31, 2016, Switzerland saw a total of 151,300 asylum seekers register in the country under false identities,” “Sommaruga said that some of the blame falls under the fact that names in Arabic can be spelt differently, making it look like there were multiple people whilst there was just one individual. Whilst she downplayed the idea of asylum seekers purposely using fake identities, there is nothing in Swiss law to prosecute or bring criminal charges against asylum seekers using fake names.”

Despite the fact that most Muslims entering the Alpine country refuse to cooperate with government officials when seeking free handouts, this did not deter them from welcoming the migrants with open arms – and pocketbooks.

“When Steinman asked how many asylum seekers with fake identities had achieved asylum, Sommaruga said that only asylum seekers with confirmed identities received full asylum – though 60,573 were given temporary permits,” the British daily noted.

This has been a trend over the years that the recent legislation is seeking to remedy.

“In 2015, Switzerland saw 77 per cent of migrants arrive without papers, and in 2016, the figure jumped to 81 percent,” Breitbart London’s Chris Tomlinson informed. “When asked how many of the cases had been resolved and the migrants identified, Sommaruga said in 2015, only 4,091 were identified out of 39,523 and in 2016, only 2,706 migrants out of 27,207.”

European refugee invasion

Switzerland is not alone in its bombardment of Muslim refugees milking the system and infiltrating its neighborhoods.

“Migrants – especially underage migrants – entering Europe without papers has become the norm in many countries,” Tomlinson added. “In Germany, an estimated 80 percent of migrants have come into the country without identification – many claiming to be underage.”

Many Muslim migrants have actively set out to exploit the liberal immigration policies set forth by the European Union, but they have also discovered ways to take advantage of Switzerland’s relatively lax policies outside of the EU, as well.

“While Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, asylum seekers have attempted to flood into the country through the southern Italian border,” Breitbart News explained Wednesday. “While many have used Switzerland as a transit country to reach Germany, others have remained in the Alpine state.”

As time goes on, more and more Swiss are getting fed up with immigrants exploiting their country’s welfare system.

Switzerland prepares for a wave of migration

“Various cantons and cities in Switzerland have attempted to push back against the tide of migrants by making it less appealing for them to come to the country,” the report continued. “Late last year, the city of Zurich voted to dramatically cut benefits to failed asylum seekers who were in so-called ‘F-status’ – in which they cannot be deported.”

Not wanting to be No. 1

Even though Switzerland is not a part of the EU, it only trails three member states when it comes to the ratio between refugees and total population.

“In Europe, Switzerland ranks fourth in the number of refugees they accept per capita,” the Borgen Project announced. “Given their leniency, the closure of the Balkan countries’ border has led to a rapid increase of refugees in Switzerland. The sudden rise in the refugee population has led to controversy over the Asylum Act and the Foreign Nationals Act.”

Now, just like the United States and its need for a border wall to curb illegal immigration, Switzerland has problems with illegal aliens of their own.

“The closure of the popular migration route via the Balkans border on March 9, 2016, led to a rapid increase in the number of refugees in Switzerland as they immigrated to Germany,” the Borgen Project’s Haley Hurttpointed out. “Refugees have been entering Switzerland through Ticino, and a report estimates there are 5,760 illegal residents in this region.”

Liberal laws passed earlier by Swiss legislators are responsible for the hard times in which Switzerland’s natives currently find themselves.

“Switzerland’s Asylum Act grants ‘recognized refugees’ asylum, temporary protection if needed, public social assistance and the ability to become a permanent resident after having resided in the country for 10 years,” Hurtt recounted. “Refugees in Switzerland granted the B permit are noted as ‘recognized refugees,’ defined as people who ‘in their native country or in their country of the last residence are subject to serious disadvantages or have a well-founded fear of being exposed to such disadvantages.’”

Norway: Muslim immigrant father rapes own daughter, ‘teaches her a lesson’ for sleeping around…

In the fourth quarter of 2017, a district court in southeastern Norway has sentenced an Afghan man in his 40s to prison for four years and eight months for having raped his own daughter because she had sexual relations with her fiancé.

By – Christian Skaug

The daughter, who is in the early 20’s, has suffered a serious conflict in loyalty and a life crisis during the course of the case and has been hospitalized at a psychiatric hospital. The hideous story gives a little insight into a mentality that is extremely foreign for Norwegians, despite the fact that the convicted person has lived a long time in Norway.

The man came alone to Norway as a refugee fourteen years ago, leaving behind a family at a time when he had a wife and four children. One more child came into the world two years before the wife and now five children came to Norway on a family reunion. The father worked previously, but neither of the parents have had work in recent years.

The circumstances that resulted in the prosecutor’s plea for charges for rape and incest, took place in the fall of 2016. The accused and the victim gave very different versions of the episode, but the court found the aggrieved’s version proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

The district court notes that the daughter is engaged to a boy “according to Muslim tradition,” but that the daughter has met other boys and had sexual relations with them, which is not “accepted in Muslim culture.” The daughter was afraid of a reaction from her father who, among other things, had seen her kissing another boy other than her fiancee, and was therefore was angry with her.

Norway’s immigration minister Sylvi Listhaug: Want to learn from Sweden’s mistakes

One day, her daughter is continuously lifeguarded and barbent out of the house, where she meets two postmen who have already heard the calls for help. She asks them to contact the police. She has difficulty expressing herself, but I’m told it has to do with the father. The father comes after, but is kept at the distance by the postmen.

A police patrol is close by and finds itself there within five minutes. One of the police officers sees a trembling, crying and confused girl who makes nervous movements and has difficulty expressing herself. Eventually, she communicates with the officer.

The father had pulled her pants down and put his hands in her panties (the daughter’s). She was also very concerned about whether the police officer (…) had a duty of confidentiality. She confirmed to the police officer that her father had fingered her and been inside her with his penis. When his father pulled out and went to another room to get a condom, she managed to get out of the house. The reason that her father had slept with her, was the punishment that she (the daughter) had slept with other boys. She also explained that her father had monitored her phone, that he was very strict and said that she had brought shame over the family with her behavior.

The father was immediately arrested. The daughter confirms the story in two police hearings shortly thereafter and provides additional information. The reason for the rape was a quarrel with the danger of her relationship with other boys. The daughter apparently put the family into shame in the eyes of the Afghan community and destroyed the father’s life.

Before the rape, her father had touched her breasts and fingered her in the crotch, by the way he ordered her to turn around so that he could take her from behind. He pulled his pants down and pressed her thighs apart.

(The daughter) asked him not to perform the actions. She did as her father commanded for fear of what would happen if she did not do what her father said. […] (The daughter) said to her father that, I’m your daughter, don’t do this. The father responded that since you slept with other boys, why can’t you sleep with me?

Total of 7,230 rapes in Sweden in 2017

The number of rapes in Sweden went up by ten per cent last year, with sex attacks on boys up eight per cent, new figures have revealed.

By – Alastair Tancred

There were a total of 7,230 rapes in 2017, according to preliminary statistics from the country’s National Council on Crime Prevention (Brå).

Figures also show that while sex-related attacks on girls aged under 15 fell by four per cent, they were up eight per cent for boys in the same age category.

It comes after Sweden last week launched an investigation into the soaring number of rapes after it emerged that one in 24 women had experienced some form of sexual offence between 2012 and 2016.

The country’s Moderate Party demanded to know if the alarming figures are linked to migration after a probe was launched to find out the reason for the spike in incidents.

The latest Brå statistics show sexual abuse cases were up by seven per cent, and sexual molestation cases up by three per cent.

Figures also show that over the last decade, reported sex-related attacks in Sweden have increased by 34 per cent.

Experts pointed out that one reason for this could be put down to Swedish women being increasingly encouraged to report rapes which in the past may have been ignored.

Last week, Brå survey figures revealed that 4.1 per cent of women had experienced some form of sexual offence between 2012 and 2016.

YouTube Temporarily Bans Europeans from Viewing Cernovich Documentary on Sweden’s Migrant Rape Crisis

Sweden’s National Council on Crime Prevention carried out the survey, which was published in November 2017 and has now been tasked with examining the increase, according to SmS.

Participants were told that the term ‘sexual offences’ covered a range of crimes from assault to exhibitionism. Figures were drawn from the answers given rather than from police reports.

Government bosses have urged (Brå) to determine ‘to the greatest extent possible’ how the increase has developed – including an analysis on whether it can be linked to a particular group of perpetrators, according to The Local.

At the time of the publication of the survey, Åsa Strid from Brå told The Local: ‘These results raise a number of questions about why so many more people are reporting that they have experienced sexual offences.’

According to a study, the population outre-Quiévrain feels “more and more invaded” and considers Islam to be an intolerant religion and “not compatible with the values of society”.

By –  valeursactuelles.com

It’s a rejection without appeal for the myth of Belgian multiculturalism. A study, published last week and carried out at the initiative of RTBF and the newspaper Le Soir, concluded that seven out of ten Belgians have the impression of living through the Muslim conquest of their country.

This poll, carried out on a panel of 4734 people, indicates that 74% of the people questioned consider Islam to be an intolerant religion (compared to 38% for Judaism and 14% for Catholicism). 71% judge it to be incompatible “with the values of [their] society”.

60% of those polled see the presence of a Muslim community in Belgium as “a threat to the identity of [their] country”, to the great displeasure of Belgian public television which sees in this “the sign of a society filled with fear and the rejection of otherness.” Two-thirds of Belgians feel “more and more invaded” and think “there are too many immigrants”. By contrast, only 13% see the Muslim community as “a cultural enrichment factor” for their country.

Stockholm syndrome hits again: Rape increased by 29 percent in Stockholm

The number of reported rapes in Stockholm has increased by 29 percent compared to 2016. It shows new figures from the Brottsforebyggen. It indicates an approximate number of 782 rapes, compared with an average figure of 600 over the previous years. In 1996, a 203 were reported.

By – Brünnhilde

Crime Prevention Council’s preliminary statistics, released on Thursday, indicate a a marked increase in the number of reported rapes in Sweden

Last year, a total of almost 21,500 sexual offenses were reported throughout the country, an increase of 8 percent or 1,600 offenses compared with 2016. In the case of reported rapes, the number increased by 10 percent to 7,230 offenses. There was an increase of 663 in reported rapes recorded this year compared to previous years.

But in Stockholm, the rapid jump in numbers is even worse. There is a full 29 percent increase compared with 2016.

Sex terrorizes young girls in Stockholm’s subway: “I’ll take you home and fuck you!”

Last year 782 rapes were reported in the capital, compared with 605 the year before.

The increase is alarming and now we have to go from word to action. It is obvious that today there are insufficient measures and resources for women to feel safe, says opposition council Anna König Jerlmyr (M) to SVT News.

If you go back to 1996, the increase in Stockholm is gigantic, almost 400 percent. In that year, 203 rapes were reported.

Here is the trend in Stockholm over the last 20 years:

Year 2017 – 782 reported

Year 2012 – 585 reported

Year 2007 – 493 reported

Year 1996 – 203 reported

These statistics cover all events reported and recorded as crimes with the Police, Prosecutor’s Office, Ecolabel and other criminal investigators during the previous year.

Swedenstan: Primary school buys Burkinis so MuslimGirls can get approved in sports

Kungsgårdsskolan in Ängelholm has purchased burkinis for Muslim girls. This is because all students must show that they can swim to get an approved grade in sport. But the school’s decision to meet Islam’s values is not appreciated by all.

By – Brünnhilde

To be approved at the sport at Skånska Kungsgårdsskolan in Ängelholm, all students must demonstrate that they are able to swim.

But it has become a problem for the school’s population of Muslim girls, because according to Islam‘s rules they have to save their bodies for the boys therefore need to cover up.

The school then arrived at a solution: the option to purchase the burkinis for the students. A burkini is a comprehensive garment that concealed the girls’ bodies and allowed them to swim.

In another school in Skåne the issue went so far that the Muslim girls finished school with incomplete grades, due to the fact their parents forbid them from swimming in the usual school swimwear, a survey of SVT shows.

This is what Kungsgårdsskolan wanted to avoid.

“We met the girls’ parents who informed us of the burkini option. Then the problem was resolved that the girls could actually bathe with the class, “says school principal Teresa Torle.

But not everyone is happy with the decision.

Juno Blom, national coordinator to counter honor-related violence at the county council in Östergötland, says that it will be “problematic” when schools attend to such misplaced values. It sends completely wrong signals to society and plays the parents’ demands straight into their hands.

However, rector Teresa Torle agrees with the decision, stating that it is in line with the school to buy burkinis as it allows all students to get approved grades.

The long hunt for Isis leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi

$

Day and night for the past three years, an unprecedented number of the world’s spies have zeroed in on a patch of Iraq and Syria to hunt for one man. Their target, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State terrorist group, has eluded them all. But only just.

By – Martin Chulov

The most wanted man on the planet has been traced to a specific place at least three times in the past 18 months alone. And despite the protection of a devoted network, there have been other sightings of the reclusive leader, reported by Isis members shortly afterwards and confirmed later by intelligence officers. Being a fugitive in the digital age, or in a losing cause, clearly has its shortfalls.

One 45-second mistake on 3 November 2016 almost cost Baghdadi his “caliphate” before its collapse last year. As Iraqi and Kurdish forces advanced on Mosul, Baghdadi took up a handheld radio in a village between the west of the city and the town of Tal Afar. Spies based in a listening post further north were stunned as his distinctive voice exhorted followers to stand their ground.

“He spoke for 45 seconds and then his guards took the radio from him,” said a senior member of the Kurdistan Region Security Council who monitored the call. “They realised what he’d done.”

That rare moment of ill discipline allowed the network of spies chasing Baghdadi to trace him in real time. But then, as on at least two other occasions, there was no time to act. Baghdadi’s entourage knew his cover had probably been blown and whisked him away.

Late last year, he was also traced to a village south of Baaj, again through the brief and careless use of a communications device. The connection was picked up by a signals intelligence network that has penetrated web and phone use in Isis areas. However, it was too fleeting to deploy fighter jets circling above on permanent hunt for targets, and there was no confirmation of exactly where he was hiding.

The morsels of chatter have helped fill in a picture of Baghdadi’s movements – and temperament; the cast-iron discipline of his immediate circle has weak spots after all. His senior leaders, however, have had far more trouble with communications discipline, and slip-ups have often led to their demise.

“Out of 43 main leaders, Baghdadi is the only one left,” he said. “Out of 79 senior leaders there are only 10 left. The mid-level commanders (124) constantly change positions and posts due to deaths of other members. Every six months their roles change, they either get killed or replaced.”

‘Everything changed when he arrived’

Before being killed, some Isis leaders spoke on intercepted phones about having been in meetings with Baghdadi, or having known his movements. Their mistakes offered glimpses of his capacity and methods as leader. However, more has been gleaned about the terrorist tsar’s habits and leadership by people who have seen him regularly in parts of north-western Iraq and north-eastern Syria, and reported the encounters afterwards to regional and western spies.

Hundreds of Swedes went to the war fight for ISIS – Returnees today

From late 2014 until her capture in May the following year, Nisreen Assad Ibrahim Bahar had served tea to Baghdadi in the town of Omar in north-eastern Syria, whenever he came to visit her husband, the Isis oil “minister” Abu Sayyaf.

“All I did is put the tea behind the door,” she told the Guardian. “But I knew he was there. He used to come often.” Bahar, otherwise known as Umm Sayyaf, said she was not allowed to see Baghdadi but was in no doubt when he was around.

“He used to visit my husband and talk business. Everything changed when he arrived.”

Abu Sayyaf was killed in a raid by US commandos, who took Bahar to Erbil, where she has been held ever since. She denies being a senior member of Isis, but her contact with the group’s leader has helped paint a picture of him.

A more comprehensive psychological profile of Baghdadi and his movement patterns had been drafted by US and British spies by mid-2015. Two years later, his area of travel had shrunk, as had the Isis “caliphate”.

Intelligence agencies in Iraq and Europe believe that for most of the past 18 months, Baghdadi has been based in a village south of Baaj, and has travelled in a small range between Abu Kamal, on the Iraq-Syria border, and Shirkat, south of Mosul.

Three intelligence agencies have confirmed that Baghdadi was seriously wounded in an airstrike near Shirkat in early 2015. Separate sources have confirmed to the Guardian that he spent several months recovering in Baaj. Even now, his movements remain limited by his injuries.

According to witnesses who saw him in Abu Kamal after the end of the Muslim festival of Ramadan, he was looking tired and drawn, a shadow of the confident, black-robed figure who ascended a pulpit in Mosul’s Great Mosque of al-Nuri in mid-2014 to proclaim the “caliphate’s establishment”.

Hashimi said: “Isis has resorted to being a shadow government. They still control small parts of Anbar and Euphrates river but they are sleeper cells. There is no leadership structure, it has dissolved. They do not hold meetings any more – and if they do it is never in the same place twice. They don’t even pass oral messages to each other any more. They use Signal and Telegram [encrypted apps] to communicate.

“They’ve cut back the men by 50%. The main budget cannot be touched any more. Leadership no longer matters.

“I’ve met with [foreign fighter] Abu Hamza al-Belgiki, who feels betrayed, as do all of them. They had been instructed to fight for Mosul till their deaths. When the battles intensified in the city the senior leaders and those close to Baghdadi all fled, leaving these fighters behind. They feel fooled. They have been fooled.”

Threat remains

Throughout the rise and fall of Isis, a debate has continued in intelligence circles about whether Baghdadi being dead or alive would make a difference to the group, and if the organisation still poses a threat to regional order and global security. A senior regional intelligence figure and a counterpart in Europe both say the threat level from the organisation has barely changed, and that Baghdadi’s survival could be used by his followers as a rallying call.

Officials say the branch responsible for planning attacks abroad has been left relatively unscathed by the losses of fighters and land.

“They are a complex administration filled with ex-intelligence officials,” Hashimi said. “They deal with recruiting, arming and transporting fighters and collect the financial contributions and alms. Out of 35 branches, 33 are run by two Iraqi men: Abdullah Youssef al-Khatouri, nicknamed Abu Bakr, and Abu Tiba Ghanem al-Jboori. We believe one is in Turkey and the other is in Scandinavia.”

Shiraz Maher, the deputy director of the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation and Political Violence, at King’s College London, said Isis was trying to convince its followers that military defeat had changed little, particularly in its capacity for planning attacks abroad.

“In the next 24 months there will be concerted attempts to attack the west,” Maher said. “The narrative of vengeance is important.

“What we are seeing in the support community is a fatalistic resignation about what has happened. “In their narrative, they say the US could only defeat the “caliphate” by attacking it from the air but didn’t have the guts to fight on the ground. Had that been the case, they say, they would have won.

“Isis says it will return, and in the meantime it’s asking people to carry out attacks in its name. They’re also repositioning themselves politically, for example, with Trump’s declaration on Jerusalem, claiming to be the rightful guardians of that cause. This is the mutation of an idea, not the end of it.”

And as Isis regroups, so does Baghdadi. A US military assessment is that he is probably hiding in the Euphrates river valley, along the border with Syria. However, regional officials say he has returned to a tract of land between the Tharthar basin and the desert, nearer to where it all began for the now diminished leader and his downsized terror group.

“He’s on his last legs,” a regional official said. “We will get him this year. Finally.”

Swedenstan braces for a “civil war” in no-go zones

Is Sweden preparing its citizens for a war with Russia…or is it really preparing citizens for what will be an inevitable clash with gangs located in the no-go zones around the country?

By – Alex Christoforou

Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said that Sweden would do whatever it takes, including sending in the army, to end the wave of gang violence situated in the no-go zones around the country.

Sweden’s murder rate has been relatively low over the years, but an uncontrolled influx of migrants has created sprawling vulnerable areas where the local police are powerless.

Lofven noted, after the party leadership discussion in parliament…

It’s not my first action to put in a military, but I’m prepared to do what it takes to ensure that the seriously organized crime goes away.

“But it is also obvious that there are social problems. Last year 300 shootings occurred, 40 people were killed. The new year has begun with new launches. We see criminals with total lack of respect for human life, it’s a terrible development I’m determined to turn around.”

For the first time since World War II, Sweden is preparing to distribute a civil defense brochure to some 4.7 million households, warning them about the onset of war.

The booklet will serve as a manual of “total defense” in case of a war, and provide details on how to secure basic needs such as water, food, and heating, the FT reported. The manual also covers other threats such as cyber attacks, terrorism, and climate change.

All of society needs to be prepared for conflict, not just the military. We haven’t been using words such as total defense or high alert for 25-30 years or more. So the knowledge among citizens is very low,” said Christina Andersson, head of the project at the Swedish civil contingencies agency.

The survivalist manual or better known by some as a preppers guide is called “If Crisis or War Comes,” will be published by the government in late spring. Its publication comes at a time when the threat of war from Russia is high, well, possibly, but that is what the mainstream media has conditioned many to believe.

According to Zerohedge, even the Swedish Democrat leader Jimmie Akesson “declared war” against organized crime and suggested that Sweden should deploy the military to no-go zones to counter the out of control violence.

People are shot to death in pizza restaurants, people are killed by hand grenades they find on the street,” Akesson said in parliament on Wednesday.

“This is the new Sweden; the new, exciting dynamic, multicultural paradise that so many here in this assembly … have fought to create for so many years,” he said sarcastically.

Peter Imanuelsen, an independent journalist in Sweden, summed up the recent developments in a timeline:

– Government sends out leaflets to 4.7 million households telling them how to prepare for war

– Leader for Swedish Democrat party says “A war is being waged on Swedish society”

– Swedish PM is considering deploying the army in no-go zones

To sum up, the Swedish government is preparing for a destabilizing event, while the mainstream media continues to use Russia as the scapegoat. Meanwhile, high ranking government officials in Sweden have echoed in unity that military intervention in dozens of no-go zones across the country is a high probability. At the same time, the government is preparing to hand out millions of survival manuals to their citizens indicating a destabilizing event is nearing.

Late on Wednesday more chaos in Sweden when a hand grenade was tossed at a police station in Malmo, resulting in a “huge explosion” according to local media reports.

Sweden: Feminist Mother Refuses to Report Muslim Refugee After He sexually abused her 12-year-old daughter

A feminist mother in Sweden refused to report an Muslim refugee who was living in her house to authorities after he sexually abused her 12-year-old daughter.

By – Paul Joseph Watson

The 45-year-old woman was working at a refugee center in Sölvesborg when she began having a sexual relationship with the refugee, who claimed to be 18-years-old.

When the migrant became an official refugee, he had to leave the center and so the woman allowed him to move into her family home.

Within a short period of time, the migrant began sexually abusing the woman’s 12-year-old daughter, kissing and hugging her before one incident in September 2017 when the Afghan put his hands inside the girl’s underwear and groped her vagina.

After the daughter told her mother what had happened, the 45-year-old refused to report the incident to authorities or even to ask the Afghan to leave the home, prompting the daughter to tell her father who then contacted the police.

During the subsequent trial, the woman explained that she did not take action against the refugee because she was “afraid that [he] would be sent back to Afghanistan.”

“I thought so much about him so he could stay with me,” she added.

The mother also told the victim’s older sisters not to reveal what had happened. Facebook posts were later uncovered showing that even months after the sexual assault on her daughter, the mother described the Afghan as “wonderful” and was attempting to help him find a new home

She was also reportedly a vehement supporter of the #MeToo movement against the sexual assault of women, but not presumably if those women are sexually assaulted by migrants.

The Afghan received just 100 hours of community service for the assault and will not be deported.

Although the refugee claimed to be 18 at the time of assault, the problem of migrants lying about their age to avoid harsher prison sentences has become notorious.

An investigation by Sweden’s national forensic medicine agency found that three quarters of migrants claiming to be children were actually adults.

Last week, new figures were released by Swedish criminal statistics agency Brå that showed rape cases increased 10 per cent in 2017.

Western Gays Abandon Their Islamic Brothers

Whenever Islamic radicalism has been defeated after its reign of horror and fear, what follows among ordinary citizens are scenes of hope and liberation.

By – Giulio Meotti

  • The LGBT establishment has, it seems, been hijacked by a politicized elite that cares little about the rights of their brethren in the Islamic world.
  • LGBT activists and celebrities have never once promoted a boycott of the Islamic regimes that stone, execute and jail their homosexual citizens. Why do they not orchestrate a campaign to boycott Iranian, Indonesian, Palestinian and Turkish goods?

Syrian women burned the burqas the Islamic State forced them to wear, after the militants were being driven out from the city of Manbij. “Damn this stupid invention that they made us wear,” one woman said as she set fire to the garment. “We’re humans, we have our freedom”.

When the Taliban tyranny in Afghanistan ended, women’s faces also began to reappear on the streets; and men, forced by the Taliban to grow beards, flocked to buy razors.

Why hasn’t the West raised the question of gay rights under Islam? Go ask the LGBT establishment.

“Fight the nationalism that invokes walls and borders”. This was the platform in 2017 of Rome Pride, the annual event of Italy’s LGBT movement; it called for “resistance” against “populism” and yelled slogans such as “Make Italy Gay Again”. But as the English magazine The Spectator  noted, “the battle for gay rights stops at the borders of Islam”. The Islamic State knows this well and, borrowing the slogan used by President Obama after the Supreme Court declared same-gender marriage legal, ISIS took to using the hashtag #LoveWins. Islamic supremacists laugh at our weakness.

During the summer, in cities across the West, the LGBT movement celebrated two weeks of marches and parades for “Rainbow Pride.” At Chicago’s “Dyke March,” the organizers ejected marchers who carried rainbow flags with the Jewish Star of David. They were labelled “offensive” for this “inclusive” event, despite the fact that hundreds of gay Palestinians have found refuge in Israel.

The big New York Pride March last year became just another protest against President Trump, in favor of Obamacare and gun control (tell it to the 49 homosexuals murdered by ISIS jihadist Omar Mateen at the Pulse Club in Orlando), and against the Trump Administration’s immigration policy. In Toronto, the Pride parade was dominated by the militants of Black Lives Matter. In Minneapolis, the LGBT marchers asked the police chief, Janee Harteau, to avoid the event.

In Erdogan’s Turkey, Islamists attacked gays in Istanbul. Chechnya jailed and tortured gays. In Gaza, Hamas executed civilians and even fellow terrorists suspected of being gay. That was just two ordinary weeks of “LGBT resistance” in the liberal and free West. What, however, was happening beyond its borders, in the lands of Islam?

Western LGBT marches did not raise a single flag against Chechnya, or advance slogans against the treatment of gays by the Venezuelan socialists, or protests against the murders of gays in the Islamic State. There were no chants against Indonesia, which has recently flogged homosexuals in the streets; no strikes to protest against the murders of gay Bangladeshi bloggers and LGBT activists, and no flash mobs against Iran, which had recently arrested 30 homosexuals in a night raid and submitted them to a “sodomy test”.

But in the West, marchers shouted many useful slogans such as, “No cops! No banks“. The marchers did not condemn the hacking to death of the editor of an LGBT magazine in Bangladesh.

At these LGBT parades, not a single slogan was heard against ISIS Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who declared a “war on gays” and whose henchmen, in a single day, executed nine men and one boy for being homosexuals. ISIS fighters are “tracking down every gay man“. But at New York’s gay pride parade, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Jared Kushner were called “queer-bashers“, while Chelsea Manning, the idol of “fluid identity”, thundered against America, evidently forgetting that Obama had graciously pardoned her.

The LGBT establishment has, it seems, been hijacked by a politicized elite that cares little about the rights of their brethren in the Islamic world. As Mark Steyn wrote, after ISIS jihadist Omar Mateen murdered 49 gays in an Orlando nightclub:

“the biggest mound of gay corpses ever piled up in American history and the worst terror attack on American soil since 9/11, all the usual noisy LGBTQWERTY activists fell suddenly silent, as if they’d all gone back in the closet and curled up in the fetal position”.

It is now time for the LGBT activists to abandon this fetal position and fight for the freedom of their brothers and sisters in the Islamic world. For that, they would also find supporters among those who, in the West, oppose same-gender marriages. That battle would be gays’ right to life, something conquered in the West long time ago but still questioned in many other parts of the world.

It is important to understand the death trap of the classic liberal position of Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who, at Toronto’s Pride Parade wore rainbow-colored socks printed with the Arabic words “Eid Mubarak” (a traditional Muslim holiday greeting). Trudeau just wished “happy pride to Allah“, while many Muslim countries today condemn, if not murder, homosexuals.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali explained:

“no fewer than 40 out of 57 Muslim-majority countries or territories have laws that criminalize homosexuality, prescribing punishments ranging from fines and short jail sentences to whippings and more than 10 years in prison or death”.

We need to understand that, as Milo Yiannopulous said, “as a gay person, the scariest words you will ever hear are “Allahu Akbar”.

Gay fashion legends Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana faced a boycott and a backlash of controversy when they said they opposed gay “marriage” and adoption, find in vitro fertilization unnatural, and believe procreation “must be an act of love”. The Italian pasta-maker Barilla caused outrage when its chairman Guido Barilla said he would only portray the “classic family” in his advertisements. But LGBT activists and celebrities have never once promoted a boycott of the Islamic regimes which stone, execute and jail their homosexual citizens. Why do they not orchestrate a campaign to boycott Iranian, Indonesian, Palestinian and Turkish goods?

The “LGBT resistance” need get out from under its “safe space” of Western “rights”, complacency, moral relativism and security. They need to fight for their fellow persecuted “immorals” languishing in the Islamic world, beyond the borders of Western freedom. Their silence only encourages the intolerance aimed against them and others. It is not liberalism, permissiveness or tolerance. It is merely blindness, relativism and cowardice.

Alicia judgment: Arab pedophile rapist receives custody of the children of the 12 years old girl that he raped

The rapist from Iraq who made children with a 12-year-old girl from Gothenburg is now expected to arrive in Sweden as an immigrant immigrant. Even though he is apparently a child abuser, the Stockholm District Court has given him the custody of both children.

By – Brünnhilde

The girl who comes from an immigrant family in Gothenburg is married and raped by her new husband. At the age of 13 she got two twins. After losing a custody disputes in the Stockholm District Court, she will hand over the two twins to the girl offender.

The man has already set off from the Arab world and is expected to shortly get married to Sweden, reports Göteborgs Posten, which examined the case.

The Stockholm District Court justifies its decision that the children spent almost all of their upbringing together with the pedophile in Iraq, which, according to law, means that pedophile is the most suitable parent.

According to the mother, the twins were taken from her and taken away, but it does not change the Court’s assessment.

Government honorary expert Juno Blom vid at the county administrative board of Östergötland calls the district court’s decision for “the wisest I have read throughout my life” and thinks the case is “a shame for Swedish authorities”.

“A little girl has been taken out of Sweden, gifts gone, raped and got rid of her children without the authorities acting. And now you put the last nail into the coffin by taking away her custody, she says to Göteborgs Posten.

A so-called refugee child from the Arab world convicted of rape, child pornography and abuse against a 13-year-old girl in Laholm

By – Brünnhilde

The Arab, who comes from Syria, raped the girl in a car outside the library in Laholm, which SVT News Halland reported as the prosecution opened in November.

According to the judgment, the 13-year-old girl had the impression that the Arab was “a nice guy”, but it ended with her being raped. The assault was furthermore filmed by the rapist.

“On the second occasion, he said that I had to suck him or he would create a chaos for the family or send his friends to me,” said the girl during the trial.

She explained that she did not dare say no because she knew the Arab “can beat girls because he has hit her best friend”.

”  He put her friend hard on her head so she almost flew backwards. It was four or five strokes and he also kicked her in the back, told the girl.

The Arab man, who now claims to be 20, is now convicted of a series of crimes against the girl –  rape against children, child pornography, abuse, unlawful threats and abuse in court cases.

The sentence for this was three years in prison.

“For an adult, the penalty value for the deportations is 4 to 4.5 years,” writes Halmstads tingsrätt.

The Arab may stay in Sweden because the prosecutor did not ask for his expelled.

UK Govt Warns Of crime, shootings and explosions In Sweden No-Go Zones towns

UK travel advice on Sweden has warned visitors to beware violence, gun crime, and “explosions” in the nation’s migrant-dominated ‘no-go zones’.

By – Virginia Hale

“Crime levels are low” in the Nordic nation, the government advice notes, but goes on to caution: “Violent crime does occur; instances of gang-related crime, including shootings and explosions, have been reported in Malmö and Gothenburg.”

The travel advice, which was updated earlier this month, marks increasing acknowledgement by the establishment of problems Sweden is experiencing as a result of the nation’s “humanitarian” policy of importing large numbers of migrants from the third world.

In 2016, eight-year-old Birmingham schoolboy Yuusuf Warsame was killed in a bomb blast while on holiday in Sweden with his mother, brother, and sister.

They were visiting relatives in Gothenburg when a grenade was thrown through a window of the apartment where he was sleeping, in an attack which took place in the context of a continuing gangland feud between members of the city’s Somali community.

The worsening situation in Sweden’s migrant-dominated suburbs since 2015, and in recent months politicians have suggested sending the military to ‘no-go zones’ in a bid to tackle gang violence.

Making the proposal, Mikael Cederbratt said: “The situation in our areas of exclusion has deteriorated. The gangs have taken over and the police have had to retreat. Swedish law no longer applies there.”

The danger posed to police in the notorious No-Go Zone of Rinkeby may mean they will not be                                       allowed to use public transportation to get to work

The situation in these troubled suburbs, where rampant criminality and risk of violence mean almost half of residents report being too afraid to go out at night, has been documented by Breitbart London Editor in Chief Raheem Kassam in his bookNo Go Zones: How Sharia Law Is Coming to a Neighborhood Near You.

In addition to boosting levels of violent crime far beyond what is normally seen in a developed country, multiculturalism has resulted in a variety of new phenomenon for Swedish services to grapple with.

In October, Breitbart London reported how cemetery staff in Malmö have had to be trained to deal with “armed funerals” in which mourners carry weapons and don bulletproof vests to say their final goodbyes.

Swedish hospitals have also had to deal with problems caused by demographic changes, stepping up security in response to patients’ friends and family members turning up to wards wearing bulletproof vests and carrying knives.

Healthcare professionals caring for gunshot victims, many of whom are criminals and people injured in gang-related violence, reported living in fear, threatened with death and rape as patients’ “clans” storm the hospital.

Sweden charges Muslim Uzbek man with terrorism in deadly truck attack

The Uzbek man who rammed a stolen truck into a pedestrian in downtown Stockholm last spring — an attack that killed five and injured 14 — was officially charged Tuesday with terrorism.

By – foxnews.com

Rakhmat Akilov was arrested several hours after he drove a stolen beer truck into a crowd of shoppers on a busy pedestrian street on April 7. A British man, a Belgian woman and three Swedes were killed.

Akilov is only suspect and has already confessed, authorities said. On Tuesday, he was charged with terrorism, attempts to carry out a terror attack and causing others to be endangered.

“Akilov wanted to punish Sweden for taking part in the international coalition against [ISIS],” prosecutor Hans Ihrman told reporters. Ihrman said he will seek a life sentence.

“My aim is that Akilov should never be allowed to move freely in our society,” he added. “I hope and believe that a trial will give us more answers to what happened. And why. These answers are important for our open society.”

he trial is scheduled to start Feb. 13 and last until May. 9.

Anders Thornberg: Security Chief Says Terror Threat Is ‘New Normal’ in Sweden

According to prosecutors, Akilov had offered to carry out an attack in Stockholm on behalf of ISIS. It was not clear whether the group had accepted his offer.

However, early reports suggested Akilov posted videos of the terror group’s atrocities on Facebook and “liked” a picture showing the bloody aftermath of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.

Investigators found Internet chat logs in which Akilov discussed becoming a martyr and swore allegiance to ISIS between Jan. 12, 2017 and the attack on April 7, court documents revealed. Additionally, investigators found a memory card with “material that can be connected to [ISIS],” including execution videos.

Christer Nilsson, head investigator at Sweden’s National Operations Department said the police theory was that Akilov planned to blow himself up with a homemade explosive device, “but that failed.”

Swedish officials had been seeking Uzilov, a construction worker who was 39 at the time, for deportation from the country ahead of the attack because his asylum application had been rejected.

Akilov had been ordered to leave Sweden in December 2016. Instead, he allegedly went underground, eluding authorities’ attempts to track him down.

He had been on authorities’ radar previously, but police dismissed him as being of marginal interest and said there was nothing to suggest he might plan an attack.

A trial date has not been set.

How A Swedish Social Enterprise Is Transforming Lives

In a converted tram depot in downtown Stockholm, a young company is helping to transform the lives of newcomers to Sweden by helping them to find jobs. Since Mark and Dea Ahlenius launched Jobbentrén 18 months ago, they have helped 41 people not just to find jobs, but to stay in them.

By – Heather Farmbrough

“The Swedish labour market is very hard for newcomers if you don’t have any connections,” says Dea Ahlenius. “Seven out of ten jobs in Sweden come through connections, and that is one thing that most newcomers don’t have.”

Sweden, which has taken in more asylum seekers per capita than almost any other western country, has struggled to integrate them into its economy. Even when they have been given work and residency permits, newcomers are three times as likely to be unemployed as native Swedes. Most jobs in Sweden require formal education, but this is something few newcomers have.  More than 80% of the people Jobbentrén has helped have fled from conflict zones.

The Swedish government gives employers subsidies and tax breaks if they employ newcomers. However, as Dea Ahlenius points out,  “There are so many companies looking for staff and they want to reach new target audiences, but they don’t necessarily understand the subsidies for employing newcomers. Or maybe they have once had a bad experience.”

So Jobbentrén’s team of five helps fill the gap, by finding employees, going to housing communities and working with employment agencies, and using social media. They help with job applications, interview technique and mentoring. But they don’t stop there. They match newcomers with Swedish friends and activities – such as football, going to a museum or learning about Swedish food. Playing in a football team is hard when you don’t know anyone.

Equally important is understanding some of the unwritten rules and customs of the Swedish workplace. “Before an employee starts work, we always meet up with them again,” explains Mark Ahlenius. “We suggest they put as many work numbers in their mobiles as they can, because if a Swedish worker is even two minutes’ late, they should call and say they are going to be late. Lateness is considered very rude in Sweden. There’s an unspoken dress code as well – the rule is don’t stick out.”

Each employee is assigned a coach who they will meet up with two or three times a month for mentoring. It works. Only one of Jobbentrén’s new employees has given up his job, while two have subsequently moved for promotion.

Sweden: New Muslim immigrants will save Sweden railroad

Ville Stjernström, the first team member to join the Ahlenius twins, tells me that one of the biggest challenges for non-Swedes can be the lack of hierarchy.  “We try to encourage people to use their initiative, but it can be difficult, because they are from such a different culture. People may want to have a discussion with their boss, but they’re not used to the idea that they can just simply talk to them. We also explain they have rights at work. When the first guy I placed dropped a tray of champagne glasses, he called me at 11 at night to ask how much he’d have to pay for the breakages!”

Jobbentrén makes money by charging a fee roughly equivalent to half of the subsidies and tax breaks that employers will get from the government for taking on a newcomer. Mark and Dea Ahlenius plough any profits back into the business. To occupy the subsidised space at Norrsken House, the former tram depot which is now a social startup hub thanks to Klarna co-founder Niklas Adalbarth, they had to pitch a business case and a demonstration of commitment. For the first year, they didn’t draw a salary; now they take home pay similar to an entry grade teacher. In a city where the lucky few are getting rich from startups, they shrug their shoulders and say they aren’t really motivated by money.

Besides, adds Dea Ahlenius, there are other compensations: they don’t have a loan or outside shareholders, they don’t work long hours and they have fun on the job. Her ambition is to grow the company and help more and more newcomers, not just to write a resume and get a job, but to become coaches and mentors in turn.

Swedenstan: To “regain his honor” Syrian Muslim rape the mother of the the women that refuses him

A 28-year-old Arab Muslim from Syria asked for a woman’s hand in marriage in Piteå – but was rejected. He then became so insulted that he immediately locked the woman’s mother in the bedroom where he subjected her to a very brutal and sadistic rape.

By – Brünnhilde

The raped female victim came to Sweden as an asylum seeker with her two daughters and the family became acquainted with the rapist by the end of 2015.

The woman told the trial that she came to regard him as her little brother. When the Syrian man asked for her daughter’s hand in marriage, she became fond of the idea and decided she would like him and her daughter to be a couple.

Later, the mother and her daughters moved to a cabin at the Piteå seaside resort Piteå. But when the 28-year-old arrived on December 13, 2017, he was greeted by the “officially” free daughter who then refused to marry him.

A heated discussion arose, after which the daughter left the cottage. The mother felt sorry for the 28-year-old and wanted to comfort him with a cup of tea. But as she walked into the kitchen, he grabbed ahold of her buttock, after which she turned around and attempted to push him away.

He then twisted her arm behind, shoved her towards the bedroom and locked the door shut.

The woman tried to vainly resonate with the 28-year-old.

“In our culture, both the rapist and the raped woman are exposed to a significant risk of being killed,” she explained during the trial.

Then the woman was exposed to a very brutal rape. At first she tried to defend herself by giving a kick to his testicles. But he soon overpowered her, beating and covering her body with bite marks, forcefully blocking her mouth and nose, and overcame her with physical blows until she fainted.

When the mother regained consciousness, the 28-year-old Arab raped her. When he finished and started dressing, he said:

“You’ll set up every time I want you.”

The mother then became so upset that she took a desk lamp with a metal base and hit it in the neck of the Syrian man, so he fainted. It was in this state that the police found him.

Luleå District Court has now sentenced the 28-year-old to the Swedish sentence of very high punishment four years imprisonment for rape.

Swedish government investigate rise number of rapes

“The district court is of the opinion that the act of the [asylum seeker] is judged to be serious, rough and therefore there are good grounds for utilizing the upper penalty scale for the crime in question,” the court writes.

Among other things, the District Court takes into consideration that the 28-year-old himself stated that “he knew that she was at risk of being killed in her home country if it was found that she was a rape victim and that, therefore, he assumed she would likely keep it to herself that she had been raped “.

The rape had also “a clear and pronounced element of power”, according to the judgment.

“[The man] has stated that he felt violated that the daughter had rejected him and that therefore he committed the rape in order to re-establish his dignity. The district court does not accept this and agrees that he committed the rape in order to punish the mother and the daughter. The act of rape constitutes a circumstance that drives the penalty value upwards. ”

The Syrian man has been living in Sweden since October 2015. He is a Syrian citizen and has been granted a temporary residence permit as “Alternative Protection.”

The Swedish Migration Agency has objected to the penalty, stating there is an “absolute barrier to the execution of expulsions to Syria because of the current conflict there”. Luleå District Court nevertheless chooses to subject the 28-year-old to expulsion – for ten years.

“Conditional release will be at the earliest date for [the Syrian] in three years and it is not thought that the situation in Syria in three years will be as catastrophically bad as it is now. Therefore, the court cannot currently judge if there is an enforcement barrier to consider. It appears to be more appropriate to let the question of whether there are obstacles to enforcing expulsion at the date when expulsion may be applicable,” the court writes.
